Police issue warning following North Delta sex attack

NORTH DELTA (NEWS 1130) – Delta Police are warning people after a sex assault in the Sunbury Hall area in North Delta.
Police say she was walking in a park early last Thursday morning when she was attacked from behind.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 35-years-old, 5’10” tall with short brown hair, a full beard, and a thin looking face. He has a medium build and was wearing a black hoody and blue jeans.
At this point there’s no information linking this case to the other sexual assaults in Aldergrove and Surrey. Investigators say they are increasing police patrols in the area as a result of the attack.
