On Tuesday a public notice was issued about Bryan Kelly, who was still being monitored electronically.
On Wednesday at about 1:30 p.m., RCMP found him in New Westminster breaching his conditions. He was taken into custody and is set to appear in court on Thursday.
BC Corrections says the 26-year-old’s past crimes included assaults and robberies.
He was supposed to live somewhere in Metro Vancouver, but where exactly was never announced due to privacy issues.
Kelly had 20 conditions which included an 11 p.m. curfew, a ban on drinking alcohol and no contact with weapons, except knives used for preparing and eating food.
