John is the writer and desk reporter on our morning show and pulls double duty as the morning news anchor for our sister station FunFM 104.9. He has worked in radio and television news, both on-air and behind the scenes, but still finds nothing beats the immediacy of the all-news format at News1130. John is one of several BCIT Broadcast Journalism grads in our newsroom and also holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Simon Fraser University.
