Drinking off the job could make you more productive at work

10 drinks per week could be the magic amount

Amanda Wawryk Sep 29, 2010 06:49:05 AM
VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - It seems drinking off the job, could make you more productive on the job.

Dutch researchers have found people who down more than 10 cocktails a week are more productive and are less likely to call in sick. But if you're a smoker, eat crappy food and don't exercise much, you're much more likely to take sick days - and when you do, there's a good chance you'll be away for more than one day at a time.

Even when you do show up for work, the study shows you're probably not that productive.
