VANCOUVER (NEWS1130): Vancouver police say they were able to make a quick arrest after a 19 year old woman was sexually assaulted on a bus last night. Constable Anne Longley says it happened just after a woman got on the bus at Broadway and Victoria. She says the woman was groped and had her head slammed into a bus window before the suspect ran off at the next stop.  Longley adds police in the area investigating the sex assault were alerted that 911 calls were coming in about the sound of breaking glass at two different apartment buildings. Police dog Jet tracked the suspect down, and police found that the man arrested for the break-ins matched the description of the sex assault suspect. A 38 year old Vancouver man is in custody.
