RICHMOND (NEWS1130) - Singing sensation Justin Bieber's name has been linked to an investigation underway in Richmond, after complaints of an assault at the Planet Lazer Entertainment Centre.
"A 12-year-old boy was assaulted in a Richmond entertainment facility. The boy sustained minimal injuries and did not require medical attention at the time," says RCMP's Annie Linteau.
Celebrity blogger Zack Taylor with Kiss FM in Toronto says he confirmed with Planet Lazer that Bieber had been there and police had made a visit.
The 16-year-old Bieber is in town for a concert on Tuesday.
