VANCOUVER (NEWS1130):  B.C. regulators have prohibited a Panama-based commodity trading company from doing business in the province.  The BC Securities Commission has ordered Option One International to cease trading in securities in BC and not to engage in investor relations activities.

The order could be made permanent after a hearing at a later date. It will consider whether Option One broke B.C. securities laws by soliciting business from British Columbians without being registered.  The Option One Web site says "Turn 5k into 30k by buying options" and requires a minimum investment of $5,000 US.
