VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - We'd rather be seen naked than touched. The majority of Canadians prefer the anonymity of a full-body scan to the more personal security pat-down.

Angus Reid did an online survey after the federal government announced the "naked" scanners were coming to Canadian airports by the spring.  People were asked if they'd rather do the scan or a pat-down and two-thirds chose the scanner. It seems most people aren't too worried about being virtually naked in front of a security guard. Three-quarters of the people asked say they support using the scanners for safety.
