KAMLOOPS (NEWS1130) - For the first time in more than 30 years, a new law school is opening in Canada.

About 65 students are expected for the inaugural class starting in about two weeks at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops.

The university will allow students to focus on First Nations and environmental law.

The law school dean says many people have shown interest in the sports law feature of the three-year degree program.
