VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - Some call it the number one spectator sport of the games and trading in Olympic pins is heating up with only days to go.  So which are the most popular pins?  Janet Grissom is an expert from Salt Lake City, Utah, "Well the ones that have been the most popular have been the replica torch pin.  It's a big oversized silver pin. The red mittens with the torch pin have been very popular."

You'll find trading centres any number of places, including CTV headquarters on Burrard and at the Bay.  Grissom adds in her opinion the craze is just starting to heat up.  "Pin trading has been a little bit slow to take off here in Vancouver; I think it is finally happening.  I think that pin trading is going to take off more after the Olympics."

The pin trading expert has her favorite picked out. "The bobsled that had 4 aliens in it, so that pin, is actually the best pin I have seen so far." Grissom adds on the whole, media pins have been the favorite.
