VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - So the question now is - what was the other half of the country doing?  Numbers released from the Bureau of Broadcast Measurement in Canada confirms the Olympic Gold Medal hockey game was the most watched TV broadcast in this country's history.

The final audience - 16.7 million viewers.  It's even higher for the moment when Sidney Crosby scored the gold-medal overtime goal.  A staggering 22 million people tuned in for that.
