Rally in Vancouver to show women don't cause earthquakes after comments from Iranian cleric

Show a little skin!

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - A Vancouver artist is out to show women do not cause earthquakes.  It follows a statement from an Iranian cleric that women who do not dress modestly increase the number of earthquakes.

Angela Squires is inviting women to show a little skin and gather at the Vancouver Art Gallery Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at an event she calls 'Boobquake.'  "(They) can show their cleavage a bit, or even legs, be just a little provocative -- just slightly.  We don't want any gross indecency because that's the whole point."

Squires says they'll have computer on hand with a seismograph application to see if women really do cause earthquakes.
