Canucks President and GM Mike Gillis has announced that Head Coach Alain Vigneault has signed a two year contract extension. Vigneault was named the 16th coach in Canucks history on June 20, 2006.

After capturing the Preakness and the Kentucky Derby, Mario Gutierrez and I'll Have Another have a chance to win the Triple Crown on June 9. Gutierrez says he's keeping all his focus on the Belmont.
