Kolanos KO’s the Admirals in game one

MILWAUKEE, WI (NEWS1130) – Krys Kolanos had a pair of goals and two assists as the Abbotsford Heat won game one of their AHL Western Conference quarter final series with the Admirals. Game two is on Sunday afternoon.
The Heat were down 2-1 after the opening period, but Calgary’s top farm club exploded for a three goal second period.
Greg Nemisz scored twice in the middle frame and Kolanos added his first of the series.
Jon Rheault and Kolanos with an empty net goal finished off the scoring in the game.
Danny Taylor made 18 saves in the Heat goal.
Game two starts at 3 PM on Sunday in Milwaukee. Game three of the best-of-five series goes Wednesday night in the Fraser Valley.
