VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A suspect in the murder of 20-year-old man near Brentwood mall in Burnaby has been arrested at Seattle’s airport.

Aladdin Ramadan was shot and killed on Rosser Avenue near the Lougheed highway in September.

RCMP say 20-year-old Samir Mokhtar, who is charged with manslaughter with a firearm in the death, fled to Dubai shortly after it happened.
