The Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam was host to the 4th annual Ultimate Car Show! From old surf woodys’ to classic cars, it was all about cars, music and custom classics! I even purchased a few nail polish colours to match my favourite hot rod paint jobs thanks to Mike, the Godfather of car painting from House of Kolor in support of ALS! The best part of this event, proceeds support my favourite charity….Music Heals!
There’s no better way to start a hot summer day on the Vancouver event scene than grabbing some One Arrow artisan maple smoked bacon or fresh corn from the Mt Pleasant farmers market!
Now nourished, I was ready to hit up the 30th annual Caribbean Days Festival at Waterfront Park in North Vancouver. The music, the colours, the positive vibrations…perhaps one of my favourite events of the season!
