By

LANGLEY (NEWS 1130) – Congratulations to our Unsung Hero Kimberly Snow. She was nominated for the award by Tricia Rickards. Take a look at her story.

Kim runs “Kimz Angels” in Langley – a group dedicated to giving back to the community in Langley.  They are involved in weekly elementary school breakfast clubs, weekly outreach programs to the community, as well at other events.  Kim organizes a highly popular and successful ‘fill the ambulance’ food drive yearly to help local families with food, and she also participates in many local fundraising events that are held in Langley.  She loves this town!

She has been doing this for over 25 years, and you can see her around down in her bright pink “Kimz Angels” truck.

She is an advocate for the homeless in Langley, and for families in poverty.

She is an unsung hero.  Her website is https://kimzangels.com/ and she is also on Facebook, to take a look at the many activities she is involved with.

Alpine Credits is acknowledging Kim with $500 to say thanks for stepping up and they’re also making a $1,000 donation to the Ronald McDonald House Children’s Charity.
