Cancer-fighting enzyme could be added to junk food

Health Canada is proposing a new tool in the fight against cancer by putting an enzyme in junk food. The enzyme reduces a chemical in foods like french fries and chips that has been linked to cancer in animals. Government scientists say there are no health concerns about the enzyme.
