ABBOTSFORD (NEWS1130) – A tentative trial date has been set for Peter James Wilson accused of killing his five-year-old stepdaughter Clare Shelswell of Abbotsford.
Wilson was arrested after Clare’s body was found in a home in Washington State during a family vacation. He pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder charge in July.
The trial is expected to start November 9th, but the date still needs to be confirmed.
