Canucks road trip to California

By

ANAHEIM (NEWS1130) – The Canucks kick off their first road-trip of the NHL season tonight, when they head to California for a game with the Anaheim Ducks.

Looking for their second win in a row, the Canucks will also be looking for some secondary scoring, with the only line finding the back of the net in the first two games being the top line.

The team should get a spark with the return of Rick Rypien to the lineup. Jannik Hansen is also expected to be moved up to the second line, playing with Ryan Kesler and Mason Raymond, while Raffi Torres gets bumped.

The Ducks are 0-3 to start the year and will be looking for their first win, in their home opener.

Game time is 7:00pm.
