CRANBROOK (NEWS1130) – The man accused of kidnapping three-year-old Kienan Hiebert from his Sparwood home has pleaded guilty to breaching his probation in another case.
Randall Hopley was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
He’ll be back in court on Feb. 20 on the kidnapping charge.
Mounties issued an Amber Alert for Kienan and Hopley in September, prompting a five-day manhunt.
Kienan mysteriously returned to his family’s home five days later.
