VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The Vancouver Police have released a composite sketch of a person of interest that may be related to multiple harassment complaints.
Last week, the VPD issued a public appeal for information after complaints from women in the area of the Joyce Skytrain Station.
Officers are looking at possible links between seven incidents over the past several weeks in which a man allegedly approached and harassed young women in their early 20s, during the afternoon and evening hours.
Police say the man approached the women both on foot and car. One of the women said she has been targeted three different times.
Police are looking for a dark-skinned man between the ages of 25 and 30. He is around 5’9″ with an average build. He has short black hair, long eyelashes and a large nose.
The man was seen driving a newer model, four-door black vehicle.
If you have any information about the man’s whereabouts, you asked to call the VPD Criminal Harassment Unit at (604) 717-0617 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.
