SURREY (NEWS1130) – RCMP have identified a 29-year-old man whose body was found on a road in Surrey on Sunday.
Amritpal Saran, 29, of Delta was known to police but has no known gang ties. The reasons for his death remain a mystery and the cause of death is not being released.
“Just over twenty-four hours into this investigation, IHIT investigators and the Surrey RCMP are beginning the task of tracing the last days and hours of Mr. Saran’s life in an effort to determine the motive and who is responsible for his death.” said Corporal Adam MacIntosh of IHIT.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them
