California Amber Alert expanded to Oregon and Washington St.

WASHINGTON STATE (NEWS1130) – Police are expanding their search in the case of two children possibly abducted from San Diego.
An Amber Alert issued in California now stretches into Oregon and Washington State.

Police say they have reason to believe the suspect, 40-year-old James Lee DiMaggio may be headed to Canada with 16-year-old Hannah Anderson. He is also the suspect in the possible death or abduction of eight-year-old Ethan Anderson.

DiMaggio was last seen driving a blue Nissan Versa 4-door car with California licence plate 6WCU986.

The children’s mother, Christina Anderson, was found dead on Sunday inside DiMaggio’s burned out home near the Mexican border. A child’s body was also found but hasn’t been identified.

Hannah is described as white, 5’7, and 115 lbs. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She has a belly button ring, nose stud and pierced ears.
Ethan is described as white, 4’11, and 65 lbs. He has sandy blonde hair.

Dimaggio, who is wanted for murder and arson, is described as a 40-year-old white man. He’s 5’9? tall and weighs 150 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
