Teen dies in motorcycle crash, two others in hospital

SURREY (NEWS1130) – One of the three teenagers struck by a motorcycle in Surrey has died.
Corporal Bert Paquet can’t say whether the girls were walking in a crosswalk or jaywalking. “All four were unconscious at the scene when medical personnel and our officers arrived.”
“The other two pedestrians were in critical condition and were taken by air to hospital. No update yet on the condition on the motorcycle driver yet but he was in serious condition, at the very least,” Paquet adds.
Traffic is blocked off southbound on 128th Street near 68th Avenue.
Paquet says investigators remain on scene trying to figure out what happened. “Anybody with any information or might have witnessed the accident are asked to call our non-emergency number. Right now, we’re just trying to put all the pieces together and try to establish exactly what took place.”
