Man in hospital after targeted shooting in Surrey

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Police are looking for witnesses after an early morning shooting.
A man was shot outside a house in Surrey.
Neighbours reported hearing a loud argument and then hearing a number of shots. When officers arrived they found a 30-year-old man who had been shot. He was taken to hospital and is in stable condition.
Witnesses say they saw a brown van as well as a black pickup leaving the scene after the shooting. One of these vehicles is thought to have a broken window.
Police say this does appear to be targeted. The victim is well known to police.
