FRASER VALLEY (NEWS1130) – Grab a sweater, some mittens and bundle up, it is about to get really cold. Environment Canada says the BC coast will be hit with a strong ridge of high pressure resulting in cold arctic air starting Sunday morning.
That ridge will spread quickly, dropping temperatures down five to 10 degrees below normal by Monday.
This warning also affects the Fraser Valley.
The freezing conditions are expected to stick around all week with a chance of wet flurries by Friday.
