Worker suffers serious injuries after an SUV slams into building in Surrey

SURREY (NEWS 1130) – A jeep hit a pedestrian before slamming into a building at the Grandview Corners shopping centre in South Surrey this afternoon.
RCMP Sergeant Alanna Dunlop says it happened just before 1:30 p.m.
“We believe, upon attendance, that there may have been a medical emergency with respect to the driver. That will still be under investigation.
The pedestrian’s injuries are serious.
There’s no word on the driver’s condition.
